Is cancellation insurance available?

Yes, cancellation insurance can be made available for a nominal fee. We encourage you to consider this to protect any unforeseen occurence.

Is the pool heated?

The pool in our private home can be heated at an additional charge of $200CDN per week.

Do you allow pets?

Although we are all pet lovers, we do not allow pets in our home.

How close is your home to Disney World?

DISNEY-MGM studios are only 12 miles away!

Is there shopping near by?

Yes, there are many grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants within a 10 min drive.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a fully refundable security deposit of $350CDN  is required to cover any damages that may occur. The deposit will be refunded within 30days of your departure, after inspection.

Is there air conditioning and heat?

Yes, our home has central air and heat.

Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the property?

Yes, our home has a full kitchen including cooking and eating utensils, refridgerator, oven, microwave, crock-pot, coffee maker, toaster, garb rater and dishwasher. Our home also comes equipped with a BBQ.

Are there paper products supplied?

No

Are there any other amenities?

Yes, there is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV's in all bedrooms, VCR in living room, intercom system throughout.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, there are linens and towels provided as well as beach towels.
(We do ask that the towels do not leave the property.)

Is the Home cleaned daily?

No, the property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. There is a fee of $100.00CDN  per week of stay. You can request mid-stay clean at an additional charge.

Are there cleaning supplies?

We do not leave any chemicals in the home but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dust pan, vacuum, dishwasher soap, iron and ironing board in the property. There is a grocery store within 10 min of our home.

Are high chairs and cribs available?

Yes for a nominal fee.

Is the home non-smoking?

Yes, our home is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only.

What will we be responsible for when we check out?

We just ask that you clean all food out of the home, lock up and return the keys from where you picked them up. We expect you leave the home in the same condition in which you came.
